I’ve always collected found photographs. Pictures of random unknown people and events purchased at garage sales, or antique stores, or even rescued from the garbage.
I thought it would be interesting to write up short stories based on some of my favorites, which I would do in my head anyway while looking at them.
That idea involved into this, which I worked at on and off for a few years. The writing was the easy part. Scanning the pictures, recording the audio, and putting it all together took longer than expected. But I’m happy with the results.
